Douglas Buxbaum

In 1992, Doug Buxbaum established what has evolved into Buxbaum, Daue, & Fitzpatrick as a plaintiff’s firm. Prior to that, Doug was a partner at the Law Firm of Poore, Roth and Robinson. Doug specializes in medical malpractice, product liability and serious personal injury cases. Doug has developed a subspecialty in catastropic birth injury and neonatal issues.

Doug has been involved in some of Montana’s largest medical negligence, and wrongful death cases. He also has extensive experience with Federal Tort Claims practice arising out of substandard health care to recipients of public health care. Douglas A. Buxbaum has been awarded Lawyer of the Year, 2013 from Best Lawyers, in the practice area of Personal Injury – Plaintiffs for the Missoula, Montana area.
